The 2024 American Silver Eagle with Star Privy Mark is a groundbreaking release, marking the first time in the coin's 38-year history that a Mint State Silver Eagle has featured a privy mark. Struck at the Philadelphia Mint, it stands out with a low mintage of only 500,000 coins, making it the lowest-minted bullion Silver Eagle ever produced!

CHARACTERISTICS
These classic American coins were redesigned in 2021 to feature an updated obverse (heads side) design, an all-new reverse (tails side) design and additional anti-counterfeiting security features including a variable reeded-edge. These coins also feature a Star Privy Mark, the first privy mark ever used on a bullion coin, making these coins a truly unique addition to any collection.
The obverse (heads side) design is based on legendary sculptor Adolph A. Weinman’s 1916 Walking Liberty Half Dollar, widely considered one of the most beautiful American coins ever minted. Updated in 2021, the obverse now offers a closer reflection of Weinman’s original vision on the obverse including the addition of histraditional artist’s mark. The redesigned reverse (tails side) features an eagle as it approaches a landing, carrying an oak branch, as if to add to a nest.
Obverse Inscriptions: LIBERTY; IN GOD WE TRUST; YEAR; Artist’s Initials, Star Privy Mark
Reverse Inscriptions: UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; E PLURIBUS UNUM; 1 OZ. FINE SILVER; ONE DOLLAR
