PR70 Grade 2011 Presidential Dollar Proof Set 

This four-coin Proof Set of 2011 Presidential Dollars honors the 17th through 20th Presidents: ANDREW JOHNSON, ULYSSES S. GRANT, RUTHERFORD B. HAYES and JAMES GARFIELD.  Each coin bears the seldom-seen "S" mint mark on the edge.

We arranged for the very best "Inaugural Strike" coins to be immediately graded, and the coins offered here have been independently certified by ANACS as perfect Proof 70 (abbreviated PR70) condition.  Coins are graded on a 70-point scale and PR-70 is literally the highest grade possible.  The combination of "Inaugural Strike" and PR70 makes this set a collector's treasure.  However, only 164 sets are available and when they are gone, no more coins can be certified as "Inaugural Strike."  What's more, these coins are also Deep Cameo (abbreviated DCAM) meaning they are even better and more lustrous than standard PR70 coins.  They are the best and rarest of all 2011 Presidential Dollars.

Proof coins are struck at least twice on highly polished coin blanks to bring out the mirrored background and high-relief images. They look very different from regular U.S. coins and they are the highest quality coins possible from the United States Mint. Each graded coin is protected in a custom plastic case that guarantees the coin's authenticity and condition as long as the case remains intact..
