2013 Chinese Silver Panda - MS70 Grade
FREE Hardwood Display Box (a $15 value)
The Chinese government began striking Silver Pandas in 1982 and the coin has been a favorite with investors in the silver bullion community ever since. The 2013 coin is a departure from the rest of the series because it's the first time that three Pandas have been depicted on the coin. Chinese Silver Pandas are struck from a full troy ounce of pure, .999 fine silver bullion and have a face value of 10 yuan.
In 2011 it became legal for Chinese citizens to own silver coins. Even though China ramped up production of the popular Panda supplies are still tight in the U.S.- the population of China is 3 times greater than ours. This is a wonderful opportunity to own a beautiful, well-struck coin that has historically flown under the radar of most U.S. coin collectors.
The coins offered here are literally the finest quality Pandas you can buy. They have been graded by ANACS in perfect MS70 condition, the highest grade a coin can achieve. What's more, these "Inaugural Strike" coins are from the first day of release and are part of a strictly limited edition of just 131 MS70 specimens. Each coin is encapsulated in a sonically-sealed slab that certifies its grade and protects it for future generations.
