Each of these coins has been graded in perfect MS70 conditon by ANACS, America’s oldest coin grading company. In addition, these coins are from the first day of release at the Mint, earning them the “Inaugural Strike” designation of which there are just 183 available. Minted from solid silver, they bear the West Point mint mark on the obverse and depict a modern Infantry soldier on rocky ground charging forward and beckoning to the troops to follow. The reverse of each dollar features the crossed rifles insignia, the branch insignia of the Infantry.
