2010 MS69 Olympic Silver Maple Leaf Bullion Coin
Launching the third and final issue of the world's first series of bullion coins honoring the spirit of the Olympic Games, the Royal Canadian Mint has released the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games Silver Maple Leaf bullion coin. Before this series launched, no other mint in the world had produced bullion issues with an Olympic theme.
Featured on the reverse of these new Olympic coins is an action pose of an ice hockey player ready to hit a puck. On each side of the player is a maple leaf, which has been incorporated on the Royal Canadian Mint's bullion coins since 1979. The design is attributed to a collaboration between the Mint's Bullion and Refinery and Engraving teams.
Each coin contains one ounce of 99.99 pure silver bullion. They are in nearly flawless MS69 condition as certified by ANACS, America’s oldest coin grading service.
The coins have been sealed in tamper-proof plastic flips and will arrive in a free velvet lined display box.
