2002-2010 Scarce Uncirculated Kennedy Half Dollar Set

Unknown to most collectors, some regular-issue U.S. coins have never been released for public circulation.  In the case of the Kennedy Half Dollar, by 2002, so few of these coins were being used in circulation that there was virtually no demand for them.  But the U.S. Mint was required by law to strike these coins so they were made available only to collectors in special mint sets.
